It’s Bathurst week!! A great month for those that follow the Supercars, the last ever Bathurst for the Falcon,
hopefully it can go out with a win.
Update on the members t-shirts is that these have now all been ordered and are being currently being screen
printed, we should have them by next week.
Email issues, hopefully emails are getting through now, if anyone thinks they are still not getting emails please let
me know ASAP and we can add your name to the list and get it fixed up. We always try to include the same
emailed information on the facebook members page, but still need and want everyone to be able to get the
information by email.
As mentioned in last month’s letter, the committee is very happy to announce that the Club Christmas
Party/Show n Shine will be:
Sunday the 9th December 2018.
Hubertus Country Club, Luddenham
Please mark down the date and keep it free, we would like to see everyone there!!
Details to follow… We will send out an email shortly to collect names and details for those that can make it.
No additions to the committee this month, but just a reminder that if you would like to volunteer to help us out we
still have 2 positions that need to be filled, our webmaster role and also CFC Delegate. If you would like to get

Facebook Club Members Page
For any members on Facebook, the club has a member’s only page setup, if you would like to be added to this
closed page/group, please search “FPV-Tickford Club of NSW Members Group” and request to be added, which
will then be done by a page admin.
If we can get the majority onto the page it can help with info out and events etc. (we won’t be using just the page
though we will continue to email/SMS out all information for everyone)
Sunday the 16th September the club had its annual display at the Lugarno Lions car show at Peakhurst. The club
had 14 cars on display and all members that attended reported that it was a great day, thanks to Sam and John
for a well organised event.
Last night Tuesday the 2nd was this month’s club social night/get together at Crown on McCredie. The usual
members turning up to enjoy the night and have a chat. For any new members, please feel free to come along to
the club get togethers on the first Tuesday of each month as it’s a great chance to get to know members and find
out whats going on in the club.
Just a reminder that we still have merchandise available, Jackets, Shirts & Hats. As well as our new club
umbrellas and beanies.
We are always looking to add items to our merchandise, so feel free to suggest anything you think may be of
interest to the club. Please contact Scott for more information, prices or information on ordering.
This weekend, the club will be displaying at Bathurst to celebrate the last Bathurst with the Falcon. As most
would be aware, we haven’t had a club display at Bathurst ever!! This wasn’t an easy event to get approved and
be able to do, we were quite limited with numbers, but it should be an awesome event, hopefully the lucky 7 have
a great time and enjoy it.
The next big club display will be the A.C.T. all ford day in Canberra on Sunday the 14th October. Sam and John
have sent information out regarding this event and accommodation options for the weekend. Please get in touch
with Sam or John ASAP if you would like some more information or would like to join in for this event.
Club cruise and BBQ……
Keep a lookout for emails (facebook page post) regarding a re-schedule of this event in the near future.
Cars and Coffee and Harry’s end of month are a couple more monthly events that many members attend, and
while not official club events these are great to get out to and enjoy.
If anyone comes across any events on Facebook or the internet that they think look good, please let someone in
the committee know or post them up on the club members Facebook page and we can turn them into a club
